Live Arrival Guarantee
To ensure the health and safety of our hermit crabs during transit, our Live Arrival Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
Temperature Conditions: The delivery area must have temperatures between 40°F and 85°F at the time of delivery. Orders will not be shipped if extreme weather conditions are expected.
Immediate Inspection: Customers must inspect their hermit crabs immediately upon arrival. Any issues must be reported to us within 2 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographs of the crabs in their original shipping container.
Proper Handling: Once delivered, hermit crabs should be carefully acclimated to their new environment following our provided care instructions. Mishandling or improper acclimation will void the guarantee.
Accurate Address: The shipping address provided must be accurate and secure. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect addresses or packages left unattended.
Shipment Days: We ship orders early in the week (Monday to Wednesday) to prevent extended transit times over the weekend. Orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays will be held for shipping the following Monday.
Carrier Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, our guarantee does not cover delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues caused by such delays.

This precaution helps prevent extended transit times over the weekend, which could compromise their health.
