Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Live Hermit Crabs Return Policy
At Hermit the Crab, we take great care in ensuring our live hermit crabs are healthy and arrive safely at your doorstep. However, due to the nature of these live animals, certain restrictions apply to our return policy.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Please note that we cannot accept returns for live hermit crabs once they have been delivered to ensure their safety and well-being. Our Live Arrival Guarantee covers any issues with your order upon arrival, but after delivery, all sales of live hermit crabs are final.
